Plan your finances with confidence across theology, psychology, counselling, and peacebuilding pathways. All amounts are quoted in Emalangeni (E) and reflect the official 2026 fee schedule. Fees are subject to annual review.
Tuition by programme
Undergraduate tuition amounts are quoted in Emalangeni (E) per semester. Flexible payment plans are available upon request.
Note: Tuition amounts exclude registration, administrative, and resource fees. Confirm your personalised semester schedule with the finance office.
Postgraduate (Master's) Fees
- Master of Arts Degree in Community Psychology
- Master of Arts Degree in Christian Leadership
- Master of Arts Degree in Intercultural Studies
- Master's tuition (per block) E11,700 Per block
- Master's thesis fee E11,500 Per thesis
Master's tuition is billed per block, with a separate thesis submission fee once candidates move into the research phase.
Payment methods & deadlines
Secure your place by paying the registration fee within 14 days of acceptance. Tuition can be settled upfront or in equal instalments at the start of each term.
- Bank deposit & EFT (preferred). Include student number as reference.
- Point-of-sale payments at the finance office.
- International transfers accepted; bank charges are the sender's responsibility.
- Online card payments launching soon via the Student Portal.
2026 payment calendar
- January: Registration fee & first tuition instalment.
- April: Second instalment due before mid-semester break.
- July: Third instalment upon commencement of Term 2.
- October: Final instalment before examinations.
